Week 2: Cooking, Dips, Jams and Sauces
Week 3: Cooking, Vegetables and Fruits. Test wks 1-3
Week 4: Cooking, Themed and seasonal boards and platters, Cheeses and Displays, Charcuterie
Week 5: Cooking, Garnishments and decorative techniques, Puff pastry, Philo and other doughs.
Week 6: Canapes and cocktail hour snacks, Sushi, Finger Sandwiches, Spring rolls.Test wks 1-5

Attendance Policy |
Attendance is worth 10% of you overall grade for this class. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will be marked absent for the day. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will not be admitted to the class. No one is allowed to leave class early unless it's an emergency.
